The Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) and producer Dick Clark productions (dcp) present THE 70TH ANNUAl GoldEN GLOBE AWARDS live on Sunday, January 13, 2013. Next year's show will air live on NBC coast-to-coast from 5-8 p.m (PT) and 8-11 p.m. (ET) from the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, with TV's all-star comedians Tina Fey and Amy Poehler are set to host. After exceeding box office expectations, former Saturday Night Live funny-girl Cheri Oteri has announced she will extend her four-week run in off Broadway's NEWSical The Musical for two additional weeks. Ms Oteri's last scheduled performance was originally scheduled for December 30th; due to popular demand, she will now continue through January 13th.

'Saturday Night Live,' with host Martin Short and musical guest Paul McCartney (5.1/12 in metered-market households) dominated its time period. 'SNL' scored the #1 rating of the night among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in metered-market households, topping all primetime telecasts on those networks.

The Producers Guild of America announced today the honorees for the inaugural Digital V.I.P. initiative and awards gala. Nine Visionaries, Innovators, and Producers who have made significant contributions to the advancement of digital entertainment and storytelling during the past year will be honored on April 11 in Los Angeles.

SPANK! The Fifty Shades Parody, the hilarious and naughty new musical parody of Fifty Shades of Grey, will dominate willing audiences at the Royal George Theatre Main Stage, 1641 N. Halsted, in a limited three-week engagement starting this evening, November 28. The production, which premiered in Springfield, MA earlier this month, is co-produced by the Just for Laughs Group and Mills Entertainment.

James Braly's LIFE IN A MARITAL INSTITUTION has been announced as one of the closing night shows of the upcoming New York Comedy Festival. The critically acclaimed one-man show, written and performed by This American Life contributor James Braly, returns to New York City from its national tour for the first time since its sold-out Off-Broadway run. The special performance tonight, November 11, 2012 at Stage 72 (formerly the Triad Theatre) will be followed by a talk-back with producer Meredith Vieira.
