Harlem Week will pay tribute to master composer & legendary producer/activist James Mtume on August 23, 2017 starting at 6:00 PM.

Ed Greene died peacefully in Los Angeles on August 9th, with his family by his side. He was 82 years old. Ed is survived by his wife of ­­­30 years, Lynne Cruise, and his children, Grant, Sam, Lynda and Larry in Los Angeles, and his brother David in Toronto. 

Innovative vocalist John Minnock, known for modern twists on cabaret classics, is proud to continue his 'Every Day Blues' series at The Metropolitan Room, located at 34 West 22nd St., today, August 12th at 9:30pm. The evening will feature guest vocalist Lynda D'Amour and guest pianist Bill Duffy.
