Producers Stacey Mindich and Jessica R. Jenen announced today the postponement of the Broadway revival ofBurn This, due to scheduling conflicts with the show's star. The show is now aiming for its Broadway bow during the 2017-2018 season.

In Daniel's Husband, Mitchell and Daniel are the ideal couple, everything but married. Mitchell does not believe in marriage; Daniel does. "When their life together takes a shocking and unexpected turn," says Mr. Brancato, who will stage the production at Penguin Rep, "we learn about the power and pain of love in this breathtaking new play."

Mr. Toole, a new play written by award-winning playwright Vivian Neuwirth made its World Premiere at The Midtown International Theatre Festival on July 21st. Set against the backdrop of New Orleans, this play is a deeply personal reflection on the life of John Kennedy Toole, author of the Pulitzer Prize Winning, 'A Confederacy of Dunces.' Today, a casting notice seems to confirm much of this with Mayer confirmed as director and the production set for a limited Broadway run in early 2017. The notice reports that rehearsals will begin in January, previews in February followed by a March opening and a June closing. This would follow the timetable of similar short-run star-driven play projects.
