Grammy Award-nominated singer and renowned interpreter of the Great American Songbook,Michael Feinstein, returns to Carnegie Hall with a special concert featuring a variety of love songs in celebration of Valentine's Day, on Friday, February 14 at 8:00 p.m. He is joined by special guests Laura Osnes (Broadway's Cinderella, and Maria in Carnegie Hall's The Sound of Music) andJulian Ovenden (Season Four of PBS's Downton Abbey, the West End's Finding Neverland, and as John F. Kennedy in the 'Bombshell' production on NBC's Smash).

On January 12, United Palace of Cultural Arts will kick off its series of classic New York movies- 'Sunday Movies at the Palace with Lin-Manuel Miranda,' which will return once a month through June. Lin-Manuel will introduce the 1984 film with a special Muppet-licious presentation followed by a raffle afterwards.

Back on the New York City stage for the first time since 2010, actress/singer/performer Michele Lee is debuting her much-anticipated new cabaret show in a very special three-night only run on January 30th at 7pm, January 31st at 8pm and February 1st at 8pm at supper club 54 Below - 254 West 54th Street NY, NY 10019.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, earlier today, Focus Features held a New York City luncheon for East Coast Academy members in celebration of their critically-acclaimed Dallas Buyers Club. Stage a screen star Liza Minnelli hosted the special event, and she didn't keep her excitement about the film and its stars, Matthew McConaughey and Jared Leto, a secret. Minnelli announced to McConaughey: 'Honey, if you don't win the Academy Award, I'm giving you mine!'

The Museum of the Moving Image's popular series See It Big! will turn its focus to the movie musical with a fourteen-film celebration of the genre, from January 24 through February 28, 2014. The Broadway at Birdland concert series presented acclaimed singers Jenna Esposito and Jim Van Slyke in a sold-out celebration of the music of Connie Francis and Neil Sedaka in "Where The Hits Are: A Tribute to the Songs of Connie Francis and Neil Sedaka" on Monday, December 30. Fortune Esposito was musical director/guitarist, with David Crone on piano, Rob Broelmann on bass, Dan Weiner on drums, Frank Petrocelli on sax, and Kelly Esposito-Broelmann & Rob Langeder were on backup vocals. Join two-time Emmy and five-time Grammy nominated Michael Feinstein as he rings in the New Year with two special performances tonight, December 31 at 7:30 p.m. and 11 p.m. at Feinstein's at the Nikko (222 Mason Street, San Francisco). The 1984 comedy STEPPING OUT by Richard Harris opens in the Bradenton Kiwanis Theater at the Manatee Performing Arts Center on January 16 and runs through February 2.

New York City night club and cabaret venue Feinstein's at Loews Regency closed almost a year ago on December 31, 2012, and according to the New York Times, music legend Michael Feinstein is currently working on opening a new venue. Feinstein has teamed with Birdland owner Gianni Valenti to open 'Feinstein's on Broadway' in midtown Manhattan.
