This week on DANCING WITH THE STARS, it is all about the viewers. The watchers of DANCING were able to visit the show's website to choose the styles of dance and songs they would be performed to. Well, the results are in and the winning choices will be performed tonight. But that's not all! Along with the America's choice dances, competitors also have a new Trio dance where they will be joined by their partner as well as another pro dancer!. That should be really interesting. I'm excited to see how those performances play out.

Shaping Sound, a new contemporary dance company, held their red carpet premiere last night at the El Portal Theatre in Los Angeles. Emmy-nominated choreographers and dance visionaries Travis Wall, Nick Lazzarini, Teddy Forance and Kyle Robinson, took the stage in front of the sold out crowd with ten world-class dancers to premiere a synergy of sight, sound, and movement. Company members have been featured on “So You Think You Can Dance”, “Dancing With The Stars,” andtoured internationally with recording artists and award-winning dance companies.

How do you follow up the delightful, glittering spectacle of nostalgia and shirtlessness that is prom night, you ask? With a heavy dose of sappy sentimentality, of course - and when that doesn't work, a bit more shirtlessness.

Picture, if you will, the most cringe-worthy walk down memory lane imaginable. I'm talking tacky dresses, bad hair and middle-aged men and women gyrating on the dance floor all in the name of reliving their glory days. By all counts, DANCING WITH THE STARS' prom night should have been just that train wreck. But ABC had the last laugh this April Fool's, because it was actually kind of awesome.

This season's dynamic lineup of stars will perform for the first time on Live National television with their professional partners during the two-hour season premiere of 'Dancing with the Stars,' MONDAY, MARCH 18 (8:00-10:01 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network. There is no excuse for the post-holiday doldrums at the SCERA Center for the Arts, because a nationally recognized and award-winning troupe of dancers will offer six evenings of choreographic excellence featuring ballroom, jazz and hip-hop.

The Pasadena Playhouseand Lythgoe Family Productions, announced today that Curt Hansen (Broadway's Next to Normal and Hairspray) joins the cast as "Snow White's Prince" in A SNOW WHITE CHRISTMAS. The production also features the previously announced Ariana Grande (Nickelodeon's "Victorious") as "Snow White," an on-screen appearance by Neil Patrick Harris as "The Magic Mirror" and Charlene Tilton ("Dallas") as "The Wicked Queen."

Last night, after America's vote was revealed, Cole Horibe, Will Thomas, Lindsay Arnold and Witney Carson were the two guys and two girls who received the fewest votes.

Tonight, Aug. 29 (8:00-10:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed), the competition continues when the Top Eight finalists - Lindsay Arnold, Witney Carson, Eliana Girard, Cole Horibe, Tiffany Maher, Cyrus Spencer, Will Thomas and Chehon Wespi-Tschopp- will be paired with new All-Star partners. Additionally, Jesse Tyler Ferguson ('Modern Family') will guest-judge.

Last night, after America's vote was revealed, Witney Carson, Audrey Case, George Lawrence II and Chehon Wespi-Tschopp were the two guys and two girls who received the fewest votes.

Fans can see the Top 10 finalists on tour this fall. The tour kicks off in San Diego, CA, Tuesday, Oct. 23 and tickets go on sale Friday, Aug. 24. More details can be found on www.fox.com/dance.
