NBC is taking a significant step to put more women in the director's chair with the announcement of its inaugural class for Female Forward, the network's annual initiative founded last August by then-president Jennifer Salke that gives female directors a pipeline into scripted television.

Comedy Central announced today that Dennis Rodman, NBA Hall of Famer and International Man of Mystery, and Martha Stewart, decorated Roaster and supreme domestic deity, are joining the #BruceWillisRoast and its all-star roster of Roasters led by Roast Master Joseph Gordon-Levitt.

VH1's Emmy-nominated series 'Martha & Snoop's Potluck Dinner party' season two returns with back-to-back episodes on Wednesday, August 1st at 9PM and 9:30PM ET/PT. The dynamic duo continue to light up THE KITCHEN by putting a personal spin on favorite dishes to create a themed meal with celebrity friends. Remaining episodes include:

“Jimmy Kimmel Live!” airs every weeknight at 11:35 p.m. EDT and features a diverse lineup of guests that includes celebrities, athletes, musical acts, comedians and human-interest subjects, along with comedy bits and a house band.

It's a good thing Bruce Willis can take a hit! Comedy Central, the #1 brand in comedy, unveiled today an all-star roster of Roasters who will join Roast Master Joseph Gordon-Levitt for the Comedy Central Roast of Bruce Willis. Those names include Willis co-stars from Moonlighting and Motherless Brooklyn, life-long friends and comedians all armed and ready to throw barbs.

FOX has set the fall premiere dates for its new and returning series.

Disney Channel has ordered a third season of the Emmy® Award-nominated animated adventure comedy 'Tangled: The Series,' which will premiere its second season with the new title 'Rapunzel's Tangled Adventure,' SUNDAY, JUNE 24 (8:00 a.m., EDT/PDT), on Disney Channel, the DisneyNOW app and Disney Channel VOD. The series' talented voice cast; including Mandy Moore and Zachary Levi as the beloved Rapunzel and Eugene, as well as Eden Espinosa, James Monroe-Iglehart and Jeremy Jordan as fan-favorites Cassandra, Lance and Varian; are set to return. The series features music by Academy Award®-winning Disney Legend Alan Menken and lyricist Glenn Slater.

NBC aims to change the landscape of unscripted programming with the launch of the Alternative Directors Program, the industry's first directing initiative for alternative series.

Based on the life of Lil Rel Howery (“Get Out,” “Insecure,” “The Carmichael Show”), REL is a multi-camera comedy starring Howery as a loving husband and father living on the West Side of Chicago, who finds out his wife is having an affair. And not just any affair. An affair with Rel's own barber. Quite easily the worst person for your wife to sleep with, because as hard it is to find a good spouse, it's even harder to find a reliable barber. Plus, with the barbershop being one of the epicenters of neighborhood gossip, Rel finds his embarrassing business is known by everyone, including the Pastor (also played by Howery), before Rel can even process the emotions himself. Offering Rel support – that is, when they themselves aren't butting heads – are Rel's tough-talking, no-B.S. best friend, BRITTANY (Jess “Hilarious” Moore, “Wild 'N Out”), and his recently out-of-jail younger brother, NAT (Jordan L. Jones, “NCIS: Los Angeles,” “Wisdom of the Crowd”), as well as Rel's prideful DAD (Sinbad, “A Different World,” “The Sinbad Show,” “Jingle All The Way”), who perhaps has taken the barber news even harder than Rel. After his beloved kids move to Cleveland with their mom, Rel must begin the difficult task of rebuilding his life as a long-distance dad. He also jumps back into the dating pool – and often finds himself the victim of his own well-intentioned hubris. But, ever the optimist, he continues his search for love, respect...and a new barber.

Carolines on Broadway, New York City's premier comedy venue, presents its talented line-up for the month of May, highlighted by headliners Big Jay Oakerson, co-host of SiriusXM Radio's The Bonfire, May 3 - 6; Girl with No Job, starring Claudia Oshry Soffer, May 10 and 11; Tami Roman, from VH-1's Basketball Wives, Mothers Day Weekend, May 12 and 13; Anjelah Johnson, from her Hulu stand-up special, 'Mahalo & Goodnight,' May 17 - 20; and Lil Rel Howery, from the blockbuster film Get Out, Memorial Day Weekend, May 25 - 27.

According to Variety, much of the original cast of the ANGRY BIRDS MOVIE is set to return for the sequel. Lending their voices again are actors Josh Gad, Jason Sudeikis, Danny McBride, Peter Dinklage and Bill Hader. The sequel is set for release on September 20, 2019.
