Feinstein's/54 Below presents "New Writers at 54: Songs by Julia Meinwald & Gordon Leary" on Sunday, July 30. Julia and Gordon write aggressively empathetic musicals. In the tradition of their shows Pregnancy Pact (Weston Playhouse, 2012) and The Loneliest Girl in the World (Diversionary Theatre, 2018), their three newest musicals explore unlikely (and sometimes unlikeable) characters behaving badly.

New Writers At 54! is a summer series at Feinstein's/54 Below showcasing exciting work by today's hottest emerging voices, curated by Creative and Programming Director Jennifer Ashley Tepper.

Nowhere was the power of the arts more profoundly championed than at the 2nd Annual Arts for Autism Concert, where Broadway Superstar Kelli O'Hara returned to host the 2nd annual benefit to raise money and awareness for Autism Speaks. BroadwayWorld has photos from the event below!

Educational Travel Adventures and Believe NYC, organizations that educate and enrich the lives of young people through performance and travel opportunities, announced the return of Arts for Autism, hosted by Tony Award winner Kelli O'Hara (The King and I).

The full lineup is set for the 13th installment of the acclaimed Broadway Sings concert series, Broadway Sings Beyonce, which will feature completely new arrangements of her record-breaking hits, accompanied by a 14-piece orchestra playing original orchestrations. Newly announced performers for the concert include Tony Nominee Charl Brown (Motown), Lilli Cooper (Spring Awakening), Lesli Margherita (Matilda The Musical), and Kyle Taylor Parker (Kinky Boots).

Tonight, April 14th, BROADWAY SESSIONS welcomes the '16 graduating class from Baldwin Wallace University, as well as special guest BW alumni.

Well after Broadway orchestras begin their overtures, ensemble members take their dance breaks, and performers belt out their eleven o'clock numbers, the party continues at various cabaret venues throughout New York City. On December 6th, most of the original cast of the Broadway musical Lysistrata Jones will reunite in concert at 54 Below. Set to reprise their Broadway roles are Ato Blankson-Wood, Katie Boren, Lindsay Nicole Chambers, LaVon Fisher-Wilson, Patti Murin, Kat Nejat, Josh Segarra, Libby Servais, LaQuet Sharnell, Charlie Sutton, Jason Tam, Teddy Toye, and Jared Zirilli.

Bring Him Home is set for Oct. 5 and is being organized by the late young star's friend, fellow Baldwin Wallace University alum/Broadway performer Corey Mach, with all proceeds going to Jean-Baptiste's family.

The lineup is complete for the concert at 54 Below honoring Kyle Jean-Baptiste, the Les Miserables cast member who tragically passed away August 29. Bring Him Home is being organized by the late young star's friend, fellow Baldwin Wallace University alum and Broadway performer Corey Mach, with all proceeds going to Jean-Baptiste's family.
