Cien años de Alí Chumacero, se llevará a cabo la mesa redonda Alza la noche el salmo del olvido, en la que se recordará la obra literaria del poeta nacido en Nayarit, así como su labor como editor, su entusiasmo por descubrir nuevas promesas literarias y muchos otros aspectos de su vida.

The summer adventure of the Central Works 2018 season King of Cuba, is developed by Ms. Garcia in the Central Works Writers Workshop featuring the lesbian-gender-bending comedian Marga Gomez, and the Grammy-winning "bongocero" Carlos Caro. All are Cubanx celebrities living in the Bay Area. Directed by Gary Graves, the full cast includes Marco Aponte, Leticia Duarte, Elena Garrity, Marga Gomez, Ben Ortega and Steve Ortiz.

On June 5, 2018, the Fulton Theatre launches The Hunchback of Notre Dame, the theatre's season finale and biggest production of the 2017/2018 season.
