On Monday, April 9, Roundabout Theatre Company's Roundabout Underground playwriting alumni will gather to present The 24 Hour Plays Off-Broadway. Six playwrights, six directors, 24 actors and a musical guest will perform six brand new short plays written & rehearsed over the course of a single day. The performance will begin at 8:00pm at the Laura Pels Theatre at the Harold and Miriam Steinberg Center for Theatre (111 West 46th Street).

Tori Scott returns to Joe's Pub at the Public Theater to let everyone know she still hasn't learned from her mistakes with her new show, Tori Scott Shame Spirals. This Garland for the Grindr era is 'a force to be reckoned with' (Broadway World) and desperate to run away from her problems while celebrating her unconditional love of vodka. Direct from sold out performances in London and aboard the gay cruises of the Caribbean, Tori and her three-piece band will take you on an audacious musical journey of slurred autobiographical stories and songs she stole from other people. Youth Theater will honor Tony and Emmy Award-winning actress Leslie Uggams (Empire, Deadpool, Hallelujah, Baby!, Thoroughly Modern Millie) and performer, director, choreographer and Tony Award-winner Tommy Tune (The Will Rogers Follies, Grand Hotel, Nine, Seesaw) at its annual Gala. Redhouse Arts Center is thrilled to inaugurate its new City Center home with Ernest Thompson's classic On Golden Pond. Performances will take place March 8-18, 2018 and will mark the first performances at the brand new Redhouse at City Center, located at 400 South Salina Street, which boasts three new theatres, an attached parking garage, full service concession, larger lobby space, and much, much more. The show will feature actor and TV star Fred Grandy, lovingly know as "Gopher" by his millions of fans around the world who watched him on the long-running TV Series The Love Boat. On Golden Pond was adapted to an academy award winning movie in 1981 which starred Henry Fonda who won the Golden Globe and Academy Award for Best Actor in what was his final film role. Don't miss this gorgeously witty and heart warming classic featuring an all star cast.
