Tony Award nominee and Interim Artistic Director of Roundabout Theatre Company, Scott Ellis, will be recognized with the time-honored Broadway tradition of a caricature on the infamous walls of Sardi’s.

Pioneering arts leader Paul Crewes, who has served since 2015 as the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts' first Artistic Director, steps down from his position at the end of this year and transitions to a new role as Artistic Advisor for the balance of The Wallis' 2021-2022 Season, it was announced by Michael Nemeroff, Chairman of the Board.

Nominated for six Academy Awards including Best Picture, Best Actor and Best Director, the critically-acclaimed film Phantom Thread arrives today on Blu-ray and DVD, also available on Digital. Phantom Thread features a mesmerizing performance by Daniel Day-Lewis as an obsessed but elegant couture designer and the complex and intense influences he both exerts and attracts, especially on the women in his volatile, keenly-observed world including his formidable sister (Oscar-nominated Leslie Manville) and a strong-willed muse and lover (Vicky Krieps). Director, writer and producer Paul Thomas Anderson creates a spectacular world of heightened sensations and emotions, gorgeous style, rapturous artistry and unforgettable characters.
