Tonight!! Friday, March 5th THE AFTER PARTY is thrilled to welcome Broadway's FELICIA FINLEY

NOT THE SAME: the music & lyrics of Bobby Cronin is a one-night only all new concert of ASCAP winning composer/writer Bobby Cronin's music. On Sunday March 28th at the Metropolitan Room, NOT THE SAME will feature many Broadway performers new to Bobby's music and audience, as well as many new songs written for Bobby's numerous projects in the works; THE BEATEN PATH, TIL DEATH DO US PART, CATY BRIDGEWATER, The Untitled Project, and (UN)LUCKY IN LOVE. The night will feature Cronin on the piano heading a four piece band for a night of rockin' uptempos, passionate ballads, comedic tunes, and honest anthems.

Patsy's Italian Restaurant (well known for being Frank Sinatra's favorite eatery) presents JENNA ESPOSITO in That's Amore: Jenna Sings Love, Italian Style in this special, one-night-only performance at the legendary Feinstein's at Loews Regency in New York, NY.

Ars Nova, under the leadership of Artistic Director Jason Eagan, will present the world premiere of the new musical BLOODSONG OF LOVE with book, music & lyrics by multi-award winner Joe Iconis, and directed by John Simpkins. BLOODSONG OF LOVE, which was commissioned and developed by Ars Nova, will begin previews on April 1st prior to an official press opening of April 15th at Ars Nova (511 West 54th Street, between 10th and 11th Avenues) in Manhattan.

On Sunday, March 28, 2010, Broadway's Ann Harada, Christine Toy Johnson, Raymond J. Lee, Deborah Lew, Jose Llana and Ann Sanders will sing in A HELLUVA TOWN, a concert to benefit the documentary film, TRANSCENDING - THE WAT MISAKA STORY and celebrate the release of the DVD. The concert, directed by Tony Award winner Michele Pawk with musical direction by Marco Paguia, will feature songs from the 1946-47 Broadway season.

Donna Lynne Champlin is set to appear for a CD signing/concert at the Lincoln Center BARNES AND NOBLE on Wednesday April 28th, at 6pm, rescheduled from a previous engagement that was cancelled due to inclimate weather. Champlin will promote her upcoming CD entitled 'Old Friends.'

After being forced to postpone the world premier of her lastest piece, THE JACKIE LOOK at the Country Club due to the venue's closing this fall, performance artist Karen Finley will now debut the piece at the Laurie Beechman on Saturday, January 23 at 7:30pm. The multimedia show will run consecutive Saturdays at 7:30pm from January 23 - February 27.

KAREN FINLEY, the most controversial woman in performance today, will premiere her latest work THE JACKIE LOOK beginning January 23, 2010 at The Laurie Beechman Theater. Originally developed as a site-specific multimedia production for Country Club, the initial September 2009 run was cancelled when the venue suddenly and unexpectedly shuttered. Opening night is slated for January 30, 2010.

Jim Caruso's Cast Party is proud to present the return of composer Scott Alan to Birdland on Monday, April 12 at 7pm. This event is part of the Broadway at Birdland concert series, which showcases performers and composers from the Great White Way. Stars of Daytime TV and Broadway came out in full force at last week's concert series of 'Queen Bea: A Soapsical!' at the Laurie Beechman Theater in Manhattan, which ran Tuesday to Saturday. The hilarious new musical comedy, set backstage at a fictitious soap opera, lovingly parodied the ‘soap' world through a combination of witty industry references, a bouncy musical score, and a zany cast of characters played by real-life soap stars.

KAREN FINLEY, the First Lady of Performance Art, has announced the extension of her acclaimed new work THE JACKIE LOOK. Originally scheduled to close March 6, this controversial multimedia work will now run through March 27, 2010 at The Laurie Beechman Theater.

Auditions for this season's contestants are TONIGHT, Wednesday, February 17th. Sign up begins at 9pm. Competition begins at 10pm SHARP. Each week a group of talented contestants performs for the approval (and votes) of the audience members, and for the praise of our celebrity judges.
