The Theater Project is once again reaching out to creative young people in its fourteenth annual Young Playwrights Competition. Winners receive cash prizes and see their work performed by professional actors at the awards ceremony in March of 2016.

BROADWAY SESSIONS is described as an evening of musical performances, games and open mic featuring a new Broadway guest each week. The show is created and hosted by Ben Cameron (Bway Wicked, Aida and Footloose) and features musical director Joshua Stephen Kartes on piano.

Tonight, October 1st, BROADWAY SESSIONS celebrates the men and women from Broadway's wardrobe and hair departments. Talented performers who make the magic backstage will step into the spotlight to perform.

THREE DAY HANGOVER -- the acclaimed interactive theater company -- move into their own venue this fall for two new productions filled with drinking, drama and fun. After staging several acclaimed shows in bars across the city, they will now present DRACULA and TARTUFFE in their new home, McAlpin Hall at The West Park Presbyterian Church on 86th and Amsterdam this fall. The New York City premiere of Steven Dietz's bold interpretation of the timeless classic DRACULA, directed by Lori Wolter Hudson, will run tonight, September 30 to October 17, and a brand new adaptation of Moliere's classic farce TARTUFFE, directed by Beth Gardiner, will be performed November 4 to November 21.

KIM DAVID SMITH -- the Australian stage performer -- conjures the glitter and doom of Weimar-era Berlin with STARGAZING, a genre-mashing, electro-cabaret fantasia, premiering at Joe's Pub at The Public Theater (425 Lafayette Street, New York), on Thursday, October 8 at 9:30 PM.

American composer Jonathan Reid Gealt is back in London to launch his third studio album WHATEVER I WANT IT TO BE on Sunday 11th October at St James Studio before its official worldwide release on 29th November.

Broadway fans celebrated the 29th Annual Broadway Flea Market & Grand Auction by bidding on and buying everything from tickets to a bevy of opening night performances to custom-made music mixes, from autographed musical phrases to once-in-a-lifetime theatrical experiences. The result: a record $756,655 was raised for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.

Cult sensation DINA MARTINA returns to New York with DINA MARTINA: FLAT & LACKING at The Laurie Beechman Theatre. After attaining cult status in her native town of Seattle and touring nationally, Martina's official New York debut in 2005 sold out in minutes. Tim Realbuto, the NYC based award winning writer and performer, who recently ended a year-long tour of his popular show 'Wunderkind', which he created and starred in about his life growing up in the theatre, will travel all the way to Detroit, Michigan to be a part of the prestigious Detroit Fringe Festival.

Singer-Actor Mykal Kilgore, who has appeared on Broadway in MOTOWN and HAIR, as well as the national tour of THE BOOK OF MORMON, has launched a Kickstarter (#KickstartKilgore) to raise money for his solo debut album.
