Producers have tapped 'Call Me Maybe' singer Carly Rae Jepsen to replace Tony nominee Laura Osnes in Rodgers & Hammerstein's CINDERELLA, currently playing on Broadway. Jepsen will step into the role on Feb. 4 for a limited 12-week run.

Yesterday's shots include CINDERELLA's Laura Osnes brining a little bit of FROZEN (featuring co-star Santino Fontana) to Broadway, plus THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA national tour, and the final SIP from the national tour of WHITE CHRISTMAS.

As BroadwayWorld previously reported, Infinity Theatre Company will bring DAMES AT SEA to Broadway in 2014. With a book and lyrics by George Haimsohn and Robin Miller, music by Jim Wise, and musical direction by Rob Berman (The Pajama Game, Finian's Rainbow), DAMES AT SEA will be directed and choreographed by three time Tony Award nominee Randy Skinner (42nd Street, Irving Berlin's White Christmas).

DRAMA HIGH is a million dollar title if ever there was one. It sounds like an emotionally-charged film or a soap opera-ish TV series, but it's a fascinating new book which delivers all of the above and more.

The producers of Cinderella announced today that television and film star Fran Drescher will make her Broadway debut as Cinderella's stepmother Madame, beginning performances on February 4th for a 10-week run through April 13 at the Broadway Theatre (1681 Broadway). Ms. Drescher takes over the role created by Harriet Harris, who concludes her acclaimed year-long run in the musical to return to her home in California.

Executive produced by James Lapine and Frank Rich, the exclusive HBO presentation premieres today, DEC. 9 (9:00-10:30 p.m. ET/PT).
