Lincoln Center Theater's Platform Series, a forum for public discussion between Lincoln Center Theater artists and interested theatergoers, opens its 15th season tonight, November 1, at 6 pm with Christopher Durang and Nicholas Martin, the playwright and director of the new play VANYA AND SONIA AND MASHA AND SPIKE.
Lincoln Center Theater has announced that its three productions will resume performances tomorrow, Wednesday, October 31: WAR HORSE in the Vivian Beaumont Theater and VANYA AND SONIA AND MASHA AND SPIKE in the Mitzi E. Newhouse Theater, both at 2pm and 8pm; and DISGRACED in the Claire Tow Theater at 7pm.

The Eugene O'Neill Theater Center has announced the development of The Way of Things by Theresa Rebeck, an adaptation of William Congreve's restoration comedy The Way Of The World, as the eighth play of the 2012 National Playwrights Conference. The Way of Things replaces Ms. Rebeck's previously announced Fool.

The Old Globe just began performances for Anna Christie, Eugene O'Neill's masterpiece about the knotty relationship between an old sailor and his estranged daughter. The production is directed by Daniel Goldstein, who is currently represented on Broadway with the hit revival of Godspell. Anna Christie will run through April 15, 2012 in the Sheryl and Harvey White Theatre, part of the Globe's Conrad Prebys Theatre Center. Preview performances run through March 14.
