Eileen Doyle Named Executive Director of YANY

Young Audiences New York, (www.yany.org), announced today the appointment of Eileen Doyle as executive director of Young Audiences New York, (YANY), one of the nation's leading nonprofit arts education organizations. In this role, Ms. Doyle will lead YANY in its ongoing collaboration with the New York City public school system to provide arts-based instruction to support learning in core academic subjects, including reading and math. Currently YANY services over 80 schools and institutions throughout the New York metropolitan area with an array of arts education performances, teaching artist residences, family programs and professional development programs. Ms. Doyle will also be responsible for raising the visibility of YANY in the community and increasing donor support.
