Cover art has been released for Scott Alan's newest CD, which was recorded live in April at Birdland. The two-disc recording, which is simply titled 'Live,' will be released physically and digitally June 26 via iTunes, CDbaby, Amazon, Dress Circle and everywhere digital music is available.

The full, star-filled track list been announced for composer-lyricist Scott Alan's fourth recording, 'Live,' which follows his critically acclaimed 'What I Wanna Be When I Grow Up,' 'Dreaming Wide Awake' and 'Keys.' On 19 February at the Prince of Wales Theatre, West End and Broadway star Kerry Ellis (Wicked, We Will Rock You, Oliver!) was voted Winner of the Jo Hutchinson International Best Solo Performance at the WhatsonStage Awards (2012). Kerry Ellis will next be appearing at the Royal Albert Hall, in another production produced and directed by Hugh Wooldridge, for the benefit of Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research, The Night of 1000 Voices, on Bank Holiday Sunday, tonight, May 6.

Kerry Ellis Urges Olympic-Goers to See a West End Show

West End star Kerry Ellis recently wrote article for the Huffington Pst, in which she urges tourists to see a show while in London for the 2012 Olympics. Ellis writes: 'Theatre is part of the city's lifeblood and I know I'm not alone when I say that the Olympic Games this summer is a wonderful opportunity to introduce many of the fantastic shows currently being performed in the capital to the thousands of people visiting the city in July, most for the first time.'

The Calendar Girls will launch Seasons of Love, a unique celebration of words, music and film at the Royal Albert Hall, 7 October 2012, at 4pm and 8pm. The gala show will have contributions from the City of London Philharmonic, the West End Chorus, Stephen Disley and the Grand Organ of the Royal Albert Hall together with some of the VIPs and stars of the stage and screen The Calendar Girls have met along the way.

Scott Alan will record his fourth album 'LIVE' at famed New York City Jazz Club, Birdland on April 30th. Newly added to the roaster of performers is Award Winning Jazz Vocalist Jane Monheit, Broadway and Reality Television Star Laura Osnes and West End performer Richard Fleeshman, who will make his Broadway debut as Sam Wheat in the musical adaptation of Ghost after creating the role in the West End production.
