Renowned musical theatre composer and lyricist Scott Alan will soon host a reading of HOME, written by Christy Hall and himself, on June 27, 2013 directed by Stafford Arima. 'For the first time in ten years of doing readings and workshops of HOME,' Alan writes, 'I am presenting the story I always set out to tell.'

Widely recognised as one of the leading ladies of the West End, Kerry Ellis embarked on the biggest solo performance of her career at the London Palladium. The evening promised to showcase songs from her most famous roles, her personal favourites and some surprises along the way.

There are certain things one can expect from any given production of RENT: the Mark will always wear a scarf, the cast will always try to get a bit of a clap-along going in 'Seasons Of Love' and the Benny will do his best with what is a thankless, nothingy role. While it's sometimes refreshing to see new takes on well-known shows, there's a certain pleasure to be had from seeing Jonathan Larson's groundbreaking rock opera play out exactly as you expect, cringe-worthy 'white light' ending and all.

The West End Men is directed by the award winning Mitch Sebastian (The Rat Pack Live from Las Vegas) and produced by Milton Morrissey Ltd, Jason Haigh Ellery and in association with Paul Tyrer & Jamie Clark for The Booking Office. A Body To Die[t] For will run today, 17th February | Etcetera Theatre | 3pm & 6:30pm and 27th February | Landor Theatre | 7:30p. By writers Tim Anfilogoff and Alan Whittaker, the production is directed by Matthew Gould, with musical director Benjamin Holder.
