VSA, the international organization on arts and disability, is hosting an unprecedented event featuring more than 600 artists, performers, and educators from all over the world: The 2010 International VSA Festival, which will take over Washington, D.C., from June 6-12.

The irresistible, finger-snappin' and toe-tappin' Tony® Award-winning musical revue, Ain't Misbehavin', a celebration of the music of Thomas "Fats" Waller, will end its run at the San Jose Repertory Theatre's stage April 18th.

Today, Monday July 27th, New York Theatre Barn will present NYTB @ The Duplex, the monthly cabaret series that highlights new composers, lyricists, and performers. The July installment of NYTB at the Duplex features the talents of Julia Meinwald (composer) as well as the writing team of Anna K. Jacobs and Maggie-Kate Coleman (authors of the new musical Pop!).

The Playwrights Realm - under the leadership of Co-Artistic Directors John Dias and Katherine Kovner and Producing Director Stephanie Ybarra - and the Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts present the 2009 WRITERS JAM SESSION - a week of readings by emerging artists, featuring such acting talents as Tovah Feldshuh (IRENA'S VOW, GOLDA'S BALCONY), Michael Cumpsty (DEMOCRACY, COPENHAGEN), Mather Zickel ('Rachel Getting Married,' 'I Love You, Man'), etc. free and open to the public - at the NYU Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program Center (113 2nd Avenue, between 6th and 7th Streets).
