Beginning performances Tuesday, February 10, Dashiell Eaves will join the cast of the hit comedy, BECKY SHAW. Mr. Eaves will play the role of Andrew. The remainder of the acclaimed cast - David Wilson Barnes, Emily Bergl, Kelly Bishop, and Annie Parisse - continue with the production.

Due to overwhelming ticket demand, Second Stage Theatre's critically acclaimed production of Gina Gionfriddo's comedy, BECKY SHAW, has extended six weeks, through March 15. Directed by Peter DuBois, BECKY SHAW features David Wilson Barnes, Emily Bergl, Kelly Bishop, Annie Parisse, and Thomas Sadoski. A Glittering Salute To The American Musical'- Career Transition For Dancers' 23rd Anniversary Jubilee on Monday, October 27 at 7:00 pm at New York City Center, 131 West 55 Street (bet. 7 & 6 Aves). Multi award-winning actress Angela Lansbury hosted the Gala, which was followed by an Anniversary Supper with the Stars at Hilton New York's Grand Ballroom. It was a capacity filled performance at New York City Center and there were 713 guests for Anniversary Supper with the Stars at the Hilton New York's Grand Ballroom. The total amount including live auction, performance only tickets at City Center and all pledges and monies in is: $1,085,000.

Fave dance numbers from musicals were re-created at Career Transition for Dancers' annual gala, which also featured some ballet and acrobatics.

Westport Country Playhouse (Joanne Woodward and Anne Keefe, artistic directors, and Jodi Schoenbrun Carter, managing director) will present two of Broadway's most versatile performers, Sandy Duncan and Karen Ziemba, in a reading of the new comedy, The Real Tabasco, written by Deborah Grace Winer, formerly of Westport, on Monday, April 14, 7 p.m. The reading is part of the Playhouse's 'Funny Mondays' series, showcasing both new and classic comedies, followed by audience feedback, often with the playwright in attendance.
