DTC artistic director Kevin Moriarty directs the Kennedy Center Jean Kennedy Smith Playwriting Award-winning play, which is choreographed by founder and artistic director of Dark Circles Contemporary Dance Joshua L. Peugh. Colossal begins with previews tonight, April 2 with a Pay-What-You-Can performance and runs through Sunday, May 3.

According to Deadline, BOARDWALK EMPIRE's Jack Huston has officially signed on to lead Relativity's long-gestating remake of THE CROW.

Deadline writes that Moises Arias is the latest actor to join the cast of Timur Bekmambetov's remake of BEN-HUR for MGM and Paramount Pictures. Jack Huston stars in the title role.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Rodrigo Santoro is in talks to play Jesus Christ in MGM and Paramount's upcoming BEN-HUR remake, starring Jack Huston and helmed by Timur Bekmambetov.

More high-profile firsts follow in August when Meade makes a trio of major U.S. music festival debuts, headlining "A Night at the Opera" with the Cleveland Orchestra at the Blossom Music Festival; "Italian Opera Night" with the Philadelphia Orchestra under Yannick Nezet-Seguin at Saratoga, and Mahler's "Symphony of a Thousand" with Robert Spano in Aspen. In June - as a preview of next season's debut with Washington National Opera - she portrays the title role of Bellini's Norma in concert at Oregon's Astoria Music Festival, and in July she sings Leonora in Verdi's Il trovatore at the Festival Castell de Peralada in Spain.

Opening MTC's 2012 Lawler Studio Season, BOY GIRL WALL by Matthew Ryan and Lucas Stibbard is a comic romp about love, where the universe conspires to bring two lost and lonely souls together. Lucas Stibbard stars in Boy Girl Wall, a role that earned him a Helpmann Award nomination. Following three sell-out seasons in Brisbane, Boy Girl Wall opens on Wednesday 18 April 2012 at 7.30pm at the MTC Theatre, Lawler Studio and runs until the 4 May.
