Meg Caswell, 34, an interior designer and business owner from Chicago, Ill., has been crowned the season six champion of the hit reality competition HGTV Design Star. During tonight's season finale, panel member Vern Yip, along with Genevieve Gorder (Dear Genevieve), Candice Olson (Divine Design) and mentor David Bromstad (Color Splash), delivered the life-changing prize to Meg - a contract for her own show on HGTV.

With the anticipation of the holiday season steadily approaching, ABC Family launches the thirteenth year of its must see '25 Days of Christmas' event featuring over 200 hours of holiday-themed entertainment for the whole family from December 1-25 - the biggest cable programming event of the year. It is has been quite a season on ABC's Dancing with the Stars. Contestants Ultimate Fighter Chuck Lidell and former Senator Tom DeLay (both of whom were cast off the show relatively early on) sparred; DeLay and Kathy Ireland and Kelly Osbourne suffered the expected bumps and bruises; and superstars such as Alicia Keys, the Bee Gees provided musical backdrops.
