A dark comedy about our deepest fears of losing our identity, The Double opens October 23 and runs to November 24 (previews from October 15) in Tarragon's Extraspace.

The Anacostia Arts Center, a project of ARCH Development Corporation, has its first director. Kate Taylor Davis joined the ARCH team in late May to launch and lead the new facility, which began hosting events in April.

The job sounds easy, and maybe even a little boring, but when she arrives at Evelyn Wilson's house, Ellie's shocked to learn that Evelyn doesn't seem to know who she is or what she's doing there. Ellie has seen Evelyn at church weekly for most of her life, but she soon learns Evelyn is in the advanced stages of Alzheimer's Disease and has trouble remembering close family members, let alone a little girl she saw once or twice a week.
