Berkshire Theatre Group has announced it is the recipient of a $12,000 grant from Berkshire United Way to support BTG PLAYS! After School Program.

Berkshire Theatre Group (BTG) presents the Tony Award-winning The Music Man, directed by Travis G. Daly (BTG: Beauty and the Beast, Mary Poppins, Seussical), with music direction by Mark Gionfriddo (BTG: Beauty and the Beast, Mary Poppins, Seussical), and choreography by Avital Asuleen (The Queen Bees, The Rat Pack Undead), featuring over 100 talented Berkshire youth. The Music Man runs from July 6 through August 6 at The Colonial Theatre in Pittsfield, MA.

Berkshire Theatre Group announces the final production of its upcoming 2017 Summer Season will be Mark Medoff's Tony, Outer Critics Circle and Drama Desk Award-winning play, Children of a Lesser God, which began performances on Thursday, June 22 at The Fitzpatrick Main Stage. Opening night is set for tonight, June 24 at 8pm.
