Sebastian Arcelus, Fred Dalton Thompson, John Douglas Thompson Join A TIME TO KILL on Broadway

Producers Daryl Roth and Eva Price announced today that Sebastian Arcelus, Fred Dalton Thompson (in his Broadway debut), and John Douglas Thompson will star in the new Broadway courtroom drama A Time to Kill, Tony Award-winning playwright Rupert Holmes' stage adaptation of John Grisham's best-selling novel. This new Broadway play holds the distinction of being the first-ever John Grisham property to be adapted for the stage. A Time to Kill is set to open on Broadway on October 20, 2013 at the John Golden Theatre (252 West 45th Street). Previews begin September 28th. Ethan McSweeny will direct. Erin Cummings, Randy Harrison and More Join Primary Stages' HARBOR; Full Cast Announced!

Primary Stages launches their 29th season with the New York premiere of Harbor by Tony-nominated writer Chad Beguelin (Elf, The Wedding Singer). Directed by Tony-nominated director Mark Lamos (Seascape, The Rivals, The Deep Blue Sea), the production features Erin Cummings (Starz's 'Spartacus: Blood and Sand', CBS' 'Made In Jersey'), Randy Harrison (Showtime's 'Queer As Folk', Broadway's Wicked), Alexis Molnar (world premiere of Harbor at Westport Playhouse), and Paul Anthony Stewart (Broadway's Fiddler on the Roof, The People in the Picture). Steppenwolf to Host FIRST LOOK 101 and PROFESSIONALS' WEEKEND Initiatives, Summer 2013

Steppenwolf Theatre Company will host two initiatives giving behind-the-scenes looks at the process of developing and producing new plays for local theatergoers and theater professionals from around the country alike. As part of the eighth annual First Look Repertory of New Work, Steppenwolf continues First Look 101, a unique two-month experience from June 1 - August 10 that takes enrolled participants on a backstage journey through all aspects of the new play development process-from the first rehearsal to the final performance. In addition, Steppenwolf hosts a Professionals' Weekend, August 8 - 11, during which theater practitioners join Steppenwolf in conversation about new plays, and attend First Look productions and readings in addition to special industry events.

On March 3, 2013, Epic Theatre Ensemble held their Annual Gala, Remix: Mix It Up With Epic. The event was held at the McKittrick Hotel, home of Sleep No More. This year's honoree was Tony Award-Winning actor Richard Easton. Highlights of the evening included performances from high school students in Epic's Shakespeare Remix program (winner of the the 2009 National Arts & Humanities Youth Program Award); the live fundraising auction with celebrity auctioneer Gordon Elliottand the funny and heartfelt tribute to Easton by Ethan Hawke and Aaron Krohn (currently appearing together Off-Broadway in Clive).
