He will serve as the performing arts center's first in-house communications director, implementing PR strategies for City Center's programming, education initiatives, and institutional identity. Following the recent addition of Stanford Makishi, Vice President of Programming, the appointment marks the organization's commitment to expanded programming and an increased focus on its identity as New York City's leading center for dance and musical theater-dedicated to making the arts accessible to the broadest possible audience.

Chosen by a BAM-convened panel, the organizations taking part in this session are Encompass New Opera Theatre, Satellite Collective, Summation Dance, and Treehouse Shakers. As with the previous sessions, the DeVos Institute extended invitations to a group of organizations to apply for the training portion of the BAM PDP-expanding the program's reach beyond Brooklyn-based companies.
