'Salon 2009' will be presented Nov. 2 at the residence of Ron Pobuda on Central Park South. The evening, the fourth annual in the 'Salon' series, will be comprised of songs and stories and will benefit Broadway Cares/Equity Fights Aids.

California International Theatre Festival 2009 season is presented by the City of Calabasas with Linda Purl as Festival Director, M. Edgar Rosenblum as Executive Director and Joe Peracchio as Festival Producer.

Mackinnon, the four-member cast features Jennifer Westfeldt as Emma with Raul Castillo as Alejandro, Isabel Keating as Lydia, and Christina Kirk as Tess. Performances began Tuesday, July 28, 2009 for a limited run through Saturday, September 5, 2009 at Primary Stages at 59E59 Theaters (59 East 59th Street, between Park and Madison Avenues).

Emmy and Academy Award Winnner Meryl Streep will star in the New York premiere reading of A GOOD SMOKE, by Don Cummings. The reading, presented by Hare/Deux Productions (Kevin Spirtas, Producing Manager), will take place Sunday, June 14, 7:00 pm at the Public Theater (425 Lafayette Street, New York City).

The third annual GAYFEST NYC, the country's premier festival of new gay-themed plays, will be presented June 3-6, 2009 at the Abingdon Theatre Arts Complex, 312 West 36th Street, New York City. The not-for-profit GAYFEST NYC, Inc. develops new LGBT works for world stages and film and television production and provides in-school elective programs and scholarships for students of Harvey Milk High School. Since June 2007, GAYFEST NYC has presented seventeen scholarships to graduating seniors.

The premier performance of Bacharach to the Future, a fund-raiser for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, honored music legend Burt Bacharach, the composer of 'That's What Friends Are For,' the pioneering recording that benefited The Foundation for AIDS Research (amfAR) in 1985.

POZ is pleased to announce the premier performance of Bacharach to the Future, a fund-raiser for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.

The 22nd Annual Broadway Flea Market & Grand Auction held yesterday Sunday, September 21, raised a grand total of $496,380 for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS (BC/EFA).

The 22ND ANNUAL BROADWAY FLEA MARKET & GRAND AUCTION was held this Sunday, September 21 from 10 AM - 7 PM in Shubert Alley (225 West 45th Street). Celebrities of theater and daytime television came out to show their support. As in previous years, Broadway and daytime fans had the opportunity to get their photo taken with various celebrities at the Celebrity Photo Booths. Two Celebrity Photo Booths were be in operation on Sunday
