For The Record: Scorsese will begin previews tonight at Rockwell: Table & Stage. Martin Scorsese is widely regarded as one of the most significant and influential filmmakers of all time. This latest installment of the "For The Record" series will explore the themes Scorsese typically underlines in his work such as Italian American identity, Roman Catholic concepts of guilt and redemption, machismo, and modern crime, using signature songs and iconic scenes from the movies of the acclaimed director. This live, music concert will feature Scorsese's GoodFellas, The Departed, Gangs Of New York, The Aviator, Casino and many more.

The space at 1714 N Vermont Ave no longer operates under three distinct names but instead the entire venue will be referred to as Rockwell: Table & Stage and includes a bi-level outdoor dining space as well as a newly remodeled live music performance space. Racquel Lehrman and Theatre Planners have announced they will present the world premiere of Expecting to Fly by Michael Hyman, directed by Kiff Scholl, for a limited engagement at the Elephant Space in Hollywood.
The world premiere of Expecting to Fly by Michael Hyman, directed by Kiff Scholl, is set to begin preview performances on January 21 at the Elephant Space in Hollywood. There will be two additional previews on January 22 and 27, with opening night on Saturday, January 28 at 8:00. Expecting to Fly will play through March 4.
