The Coterie presents an all-star lineup of some of the fiercest vocal talent that Broadway, Film & Television has to offer with DIVAS UNITE for GCP 2012, a benefit concert for the Girls Camaraderie Project (GCP). Founded by Broadway's Arielle Jacobs (In the Heights) and Lexi Lawson (Rent, In the Heights, "American Idol"), GCP is a philanthropic organization dedicated to encouraging self-esteem and empowerment amongst middle school girls.

The Coterie will present Television star Paul Adelstein's band DORIS live in their supper club home at the Loews Hollywood Hotel tonight, August 18. Coming off a successful month-long residency at the M Bar in Hollywood, Paul Adelstein, the musical architect behind Doris, and his band will be performing new music from their latest full-length album, All The Details.

Musical Mondays Los Angeles (Ryan O'Connor and Scott Nevins, Co-Producers/Hosts) have announced that in anticipation of Liza Minnelli's upcoming concert at The Hollywood Bowl, they will present their first ever LIZA NIGHT. Featuring performances by Tony Award Winner Daisy Eagan (Broadway's Secret Garden, Les Miserables, TV's The It Factor), Tony Award Nominee Valarie Pettiford (Broadway's Fosse, TV's Half & Half, Film Jumping the Broom), Tom Lowe (TV's American Idol & Real Life: The Musical on OWN), Deborah S. Craig (Broadway's 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee & TV's Hart of Dixie), Julie Garnye (Broadway Cares' HAIR in Concert, Les Miserables), Stephanie Renee Wall (West Coast Ensemble's Gypsy), Sarah Wolter (Fred for Nothing), as well as additional performers TBA, will present an evening of songs made famous by Minnelli. In addition to performances, a ticket giveaway to see Liza Minnelli at the Hollywood Bowl will be presented at Eleven Nightclub in West Hollywood on Monday, August 6th at 10 PM.

Show at Barre returns to its roots with BROADWAY BAR in its newly renovated space. BROADWAY BAR is a monthly event where LA's talented musical theater community comes together to enjoy one another's company while performing, followed by an old fashioned piano party.

The Coterie will present popular composer Georgia Stitt live in concert May 25th. Celebrating the release of her newest album, My Lifelong Love, Stitt is bringing her music back to Los Angeles.

The special performance, which benefits the programs of Playwrights' Arena, celebrates the works of Los Angeles' most adventurous resident composers and lyricists writing for the theater today and honors Theresa Chavez & Rose Portillo (Artistic Director and Associate Director of About Productions) and Velina Hasu Houston (Playwright) with the *Lee Melville Award for their outstanding contribution to the Los Angeles theater community.

The 28th Annual Southland Theatre Artists Goodwill Event-S.T.A.G.E.- just presented ORIGINAL CAST 3, a musical celebration showcasingartists from theater, television and cabaret performing songs they originated in musical productions. Continuing its six year reign as the most popular and award-winning supper club of its kind in the greater Los Angeles area, dedicated to presenting the best of Broadway performers and nightclub artists dedicated to the Great American Songbook, Sterling's Upstairs had its Grand Opening Sunday, April 1st at The Federal Bar and Restaurant in North Hollywood's trendy NoHo Arts District. Sterling's presented Bruce Kimmel's Kritzerland production of Take Me Along: The Songs of Bob Merrill as its premiere offering. The six member cast starred musical theatre stars Julie Garnye and Juliana Hansen, Broadway's Melody Hollis and Kristofer McNeely, and musical theatre star Jeffrey Christopher Todd, with Special Guest... Broadway, film, TV, concert and recording star Lainie Kazan. Christy Crowel served as the evening's Musical Director, with Shelly Markham serving as Musical Director for Lainie Kazan. Bruce Kimmel conceived, produced and directed Take Me Along, with Adryan Russ on board as Associate Producer.

On Sunday April 1 Kritzerland presented its monthly show, this time Take Me Along saluting composer/lyricist Bob Merrill at the all new Sterling's Upstairs at The Federal in NoHo. This also marked the opening night for the new venue. Bruce Kimmel hosted a lovely evening with singers Melody Hollis, Juliana Hansen, Julie Garnye, Kristopher McNeeley, Jeffrey Christopher Todd and special guest Lainie Kazan. Christy Crowl served beautifully as musical director at the piano. Shelly Markham played for Miss Kazan. As always, Kimmel told some interesting stories about the composer. As for Merrill, he composed all of his tunes on a toy xylophone and had a series of pop tunes in the 50s long before he had a Broadway success. Songs performed in the 90-minute set included these tunes as well as Broadway fare from hits like Funny Girl, Carnival and Sugar, as well as from flops Pretty Belle, Henry, Sweet Henry, based on The World of Henry Orient and Holly Golightly otherwise referred to as Breakfast at Tiffany's.

Tony-nominated actor Brian Lane Green (Starmites) joins the lineup of Broadway talent performing in the March 30th concert with John Bucchino. In addition to Lane is Broadway funnyman Todd Buonopane (…Spelling Bee) and renowned singer/songwriter Lindy Robbins.

The Coterie will present the internationally renowned composer John Bucchino live in concert March 30th. This intimate live concert event will feature an astounding lineup of Broadway talent includingRichard Kind (Les Miserables), Milena Govich (Cabaret, "Law & Order), Olivier and Ovation Award-winner Lesli Margherita, Deborah S. Craig (25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, "Hart of Dixie"), Cortes Alexander (Liza at The Palace), Victoria Strong, Julie Garnye and more. An Intimate Evening with John Bucchino & Friends will take place March 30th in The Coterie's home at the Renaissance Hollywood Hotel & Spa.

Jim Caruso's Cast Party is the extreme open mic that has been running at Birdland in New York City every single Monday night for the past nine years. Recently, host Caruso and musical director Billy Stritch have taken the Party on the road, celebrating musical talent in Chicago, Las Vegas, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Orlando, Austin, Delray Beach, and even on the high seas! Last week, the dynamic duo made a return to Los Angeles, where some highly entertaining locals sang and cavorted for a jam-packed house of friends and fans at The Coterie in the Renaissance Hotel.

Housed in the Renaissance Hollywood Hotel and Spa, The Coterie is LA's newest musical playground. On any given night, audiences can expect to see performances from the best musical talent from Broadway, Film, TV, and the Indie Music scene.
