The world's most magical musical has landed in Cambridge to launch Canada's newest performing arts centre. The Drayton Entertainment production of Disney's and Cameron Mackintosh's Mary Poppins delights audiences now through April 28th at the new Dunfield Theatre Cambridge.

Miles Phillips has performed a dazzling number of Broadway musical roles: Robert in Company, Georges in La Cage Aux Folles, Officer Lockstock in Urinetown, Lumiere in Beauty And The Beast, The Wizard in Wicked, and Javert in Les Miserables, to name a few.

As the Broadway production of Mary Poppins comes to a close, we asked current and original principle cast members, as well as current cast members who have been with the show since day one, to share with us some memories and tell us what being a part of the magic has meant to them. Gavin Lee, who was the original 'Bert' shared:

Goodspeed Musicals kicks off its 50th Anniversary Season with a new production of the classic musical Good News!. As the Broadway production of Mary Poppins comes to a close, BroadwayWorld has been in touch with the award-winning creative team that put together the hit musical years ago. In the interview below, composer George Stiles, lyricist Anthony Drewe, choreographer Stephen Mear and director Richard Eyre chat about how they got involved with the show, reveal some of thier favorite Poppins memories, and share what being a part of the magic has meant to them.

Baltimore Symphony Orchestra Principal Pops Conductor Jack Everly leads vocalist Ashley Brown in a performance of beloved Broadway hits tonight, February 21 at 8 p.m. at the Music Center at Strathmore and Friday, February 22 at 8 p.m., Saturday, February 23 at 8 p.m. and Sunday, February 24 at 3 p.m. at the Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall.

The Milkshake Trio, the groundbreaking band for kids and grownups, celebrating the release of their fifth CD, Got a Minute?, is performing a family concert on Sunday, March 3 at 2:00 pm at The Jewish Museum. In this show for kids ages 2 to 7, the band will play old favorites like 'Baseball' (where the trio plays a mini-ball game with the audience), 'Fingers & Toes' (in which band member Michael 'Shepp' Sheppard tries out his French), and 'Bottle of Sunshine' (featuring the Milkshake Bottle of Sunshine), along with an array of new songs from Got a Minute? Jay Binder, C.S.A of Binder Casting who has cast more than 50 Broadway shows, will be joining Broadway Theatre Project's 2013 season once again this year as a guest artist.
