Broadway In Chicago and The SpongeBob Musical have set complete casting for the Chicago engagement, announcing that Carlos Lopez has joined the cast as Mr. Krabs.

The SpongeBob Musical has announced additional casting for the Chicago engagement. Joining the cast are Gavin Lee as Squidward, Nick Blaemire as Plankton, Danny Skinner as Patrick, and additional ensemble members will include Juliane Godfrey, Jesse JP Johnson, Lauralyn McClelland and Allan K. Washington.

Molly Smith directs her 30th production as Artistic Director of Arena Stage with a gritty and relevant take on the Tony Award-winning musical OLIVER!, blending the chaotic worlds of 19th-century Victorian London with 2015 London. OLIVER! runs now through January 3, 2016 in the Fichandler Stage at Arena Stage at the Mead Center for American Theater. BroadwayWorld has photos from the opening night festivities below!

BroadwayWorld.com can confirm Internet chatter that during the Muny run of HOLIDAY INN, numerous top New York and regional producers descended on the St. Louis venue to check out the show. Sources tell us that next steps have not been decided on for the tuner, but talks are underway for both potential Broadway and regional outings for the show.

The Muny presents Irving Berlin's Holiday Inn, beginning tonight, July 6, and running through July 12, 2015.

The Muny announced today the complete cast for its production of Irving Berlin's Holiday Inn. Based on the 1942 film, Irving Berlin's Holiday Inn features music and lyrics by Irving Berlin with a book by Gordon Greenberg and Chad Hodge. Greenberg will direct the Muny production with choreography by Denis Jones. Musical direction is by James Moore, vocal and dance arrangements are by Sam Davis with additional arrangements by Bruce Pomahac, and orchestrations by Larry Blank. The Muny's production of Irving Berlin's Holiday Inn is its second production worldwide.
