Radio show host Alexander Rodriguez on iHeartRadio and Universal Broadcasting Network's 'On The Rocks' will hit the stage on May 24th debuting his new cabaret show, 'I'll Have Another!' - a roller coaster of stories, audience participation, and dramedy, belted out by your host featuring music from stage, screen and pop.

The Celebration Theatre's production of THE BOY FROM OZ has just opened to glowing reviews; raves and compliments Celebration's co-artistic director Michael A. Shepperd has gotten used to. (Look at their looong list of award-winning productions!) We had a chance to chat with both the prolifically talented (directing and acting) Shepperd and the charismatic, triple-threat Andrew Bongiorno who plays the titular BOY Peter Allen.

New York City Bistro Award winner, Michael Hughes, brings his internationally acclaimed, Canadian Comedy Award nominated one-man show, Mickey & Judy to the London Fringe Festival (June 2 -11).  Mickey & Judy is a hilarious musical-memoir, chronicling Hughes' childhood obsession with musicals and his journey from psychiatric ward to Broadway.

Alice Ripley, Nathan Lee Graham, Gay Marshall, Carol Lipnik, Rob Maitner and Gabrielle Stravelli have joined the cast of the sixth annual "Night Of A Thousand Judys" - the Pride concert to benefit The Ali Forney Center presented by The Meeting* hosted by Justin Sayre. The event will take place at Merkin Concert Hall at the Kaufman Center (129 West 67th Street in Manhattan) on Monday, June 6.

Skye Crawford presents THROUGH THE MILL, written and directed by Ray Rackham, with musical supervision and arrangement by Simon Holt, musical direction by Jordan Li Smith, choreography by Chris Whittaker, set design by Justin Williams Design, and sound by Ed Shaw. The production runs Wednesday 6 July through Saturday 30 July 2016, with press opening slated for 8 July 2016 at 7:30pm. Carnegie Hall's season-long 125th anniversary celebration reaches its pinnacle today, May 5 at 7:00 p.m.- exactly 125 years to the day that the Hall first opened its doors in 1891-when many of the world's most beloved musicians take to the Hall's legendary stage for an all-star gala benefit concert.

The three actresses from the THROUGH THE MILL's original run will once again portray Judy Garland at three pivotal stages in her life - Helen Sheals (CBS Judy), Belinda Wollaston (Palace Judy) and Lucy Penrose (Young Judy). at Southwark Playhouse. They will be joined by a further cast of nine actor-musicians, playing a variety of historical figures who featured heavily in Garland's biography. The production will run 6-30 July 2016 with an official press night of Friday, 8 July.

With Beyonce officially no longer attached, Warner Bros. is once more on the hunt for the female lead in its long-gestating remake of A STAR IS BORN.

Once in a great while an extraordinary performer comes along, one that not only moves us, but also affects meteoric changes within our culture. Peter Allen, born Peter Woolnough in 1944 in Tenterfield, New South Wales, Australia and who died young in 1992, was one such mega-talented singer/dancer/musical composer, who appealed to a wide audience.Not at first, mind you; it took a few years in the 60s for him to realize his bisexuality and to understand who he was.

On Friday, May 20 and Saturday, May 21, Jazz at Lincoln Center will celebrate the timeless artistry of some of the most beloved vocalists and composers in American history. Throughout one weekend, the finest talents in jazz will perform The Ray Charles Songbook in Rose Theater at 8pm and Body and Soul: America's Unforgettable Crooners in The Appel Room at 7pm and 9:30pm.
