Roundabout Theatre Company (Todd Haimes, Artistic Director) has just announced Gavin Creel as "Steven Kodaly", Tony Award® winner Jane Krakowski as "Ilona Ritter", three-time Tony nominee Kelli O'Hara as "Amalia Balas", Josh Radnor as "Georg", Peter Bartlett as "Headwaiter", Tony nominee Michael McGrath as "Ladislav Sipos", Tony nominee Rory O'Malley as "Arpad Laszlo" and four-time Tony nominee Victor Garber as "Mr. Maraczek" leading an all-star cast in a one-night only performance of SHE LOVES ME. The romantic musical comedy features a book by Joe Masteroff (Cabaret), music by Jerry Bock and lyrics by Sheldon Harnick (Fiddler on the Roof).

Eugene O’Neill Theater Center Announces Rachel Jett as Interim Artistic Director of the NTI

The Eugene O'Neill Theater Center announced today that Rachel Jett will take the reins of its undergraduate training program, the National Theater Institute (NTI) effective January 1, 2012, replacing Jeff Janisheski, who has led the program as Artistic Director since summer 2008. A national search for a permanent replacement will be conducted in spring 2012, to be completed in early summer.

Norbert Leo Butz & Elizabeth Reaser to Co-Star in Second Stage's HOW I LEARNED TO DRIVE!

Two Time Tony Award winner NORBERT LEO BUTZ (Catch Me If You Can) and Emmy and Independent Spirit Award nominee ELIZABETH REASER (Twilight, Grey's Anatomy) will co-star in Second Stage Theatre's upcoming production of Paula Vogel's Pulitzer Prize-winning play, HOW I LEARNED TO DRIVE. Directed by Kate Whoriskey, the production begins previews on Tuesday, January 24 and officially opens on Monday, February 13 at 7:00pm at Second Stage's Tony Kiser Theatre (305 West 43rd Street). Hyde Park International Picks Up Josh Radnor’s LIBERAL ARTS

Ashok Amritraj's Hyde Park International has picked up international rights to Josh Radnor's LIBERAL ARTS. Radnor wrote, directed and stars in this light-hearted drama with an ensemble cast that includes Elizabeth Olsen, Richard Jenkins, Allison Janney and Zac Efron. HPI's president Ruzanna Kegeyan will be spearheading sales on the project at the upcoming American Film Market.

NY Stage & Film Season Opens; Will Feature Mario Cantone, Steven Slater, Duncan Sheik

New York Stage and Film (Johanna Pfaelzer, Artistic Director; Mark Linn-Baker, Max Mayer, Leslie Urdang, Producing Directors) and Vassar College (Ed Cheetham, Producing Director) have announced the full line-up of their 2011 Powerhouse Theater season, now entering its 27th year. The result of a unique collaboration between New York Stage and Film and Vassar College, the program consists of an eight-week residency on the Vassar campus (124 Raymond Avenue, Poughkeepsie, NY) during which more than 200 professional artists and some 40 apprentices live and work together to create new theater works. The 2011 Main Stage season kicks off with Patricia Wettig's F2M (June 29 - July 10).
