Over 350,000 new tickets are released for sale today (26 February 2015) for Beautiful - The Carole King Musical. Playing both in the West End and on Broadway, Beautiful - The Carole King Musical is now booking at the Aldwych Theatre to 13 February 2016.

The 2015 New York Musical Theatre Festival (NYMF) today announced the 2015 Next Link Project musical selections. The 10 musicals, and three initial invited productions, were announced as part of the 12th edition of the Festival, which will take place in July at locations around midtown Manhattan in New York City.

The West End production of Beautiful - The Carole King Musical, opened last night, Tuesday 24 February 2014 at the Aldwych Theatre, London. Directed by Marc Bruni, Beautiful - The Carole King Musical has book by Douglas McGrath with words and music by Gerry Goffin, Carole King, Barry Mann and Cynthia Weil.

Continuing its reputation as one of the nation's most successful theatrical houses, the Broward Center for the Performing Arts announces that the six-time Tony Award-Winner "Kinky Boots" along with the two-time Tony Award-winner "Beautiful - The Carole King Musical" will be among the six musical Broadway hits of the 2015-16 subscription series. The series is presented by Bank of America in partnership with Broadway Across America and the Broward Center for the Performing Arts in association with Florida Theatrical Association.

On Sunday night, Beautiful took home the Grammy Award for Best Musical Theatre Album, and just yesterday, the cast of the Tony Award-winning hit celebrated the show's recent Grammy Award victory on stage at the Sondheim Theatre. Producers Paul Blake and Sony/ATV Music Publishing announced today that Award-winning Canadian actress Chilina Kennedy, who made her Broadway debut as 'Mary Magdalene' in Jesus Christ Superstar, has nabbed the title role in Beautiful-The Carole King Musical, the smash hit musical about the early life and career of the legendary and groundbreaking singer/songwriter. Kennedy begins performances on March 7, 2015, succeeding Tony Award-winner Jessie Mueller, who will play her final performance in Beautiful on March 6 at the Stephen Sondheim Theatre (124 West 43rd Street).
