LIVE FROM LINCOLN CENTER - the award-winning performing arts series that for more than 40 years has showcased the best of the wide-ranging programming from the world's leading performing arts center - today announced the national broadcast presentation of SINATRA: VOICE FOR A CENTURY, airing Friday, December 18, 2015 on PBS*.

The all-new season will include multiple Emmy-winning host Ellen DeGeneres (October 25), film legend Robert Duvall (November 8), one of the biggest box office draws of all-time Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson (November 15) and Grammy Living Legend Award winner Smokey Robinson (November 1).

On Saturday, December 5 at 8:30 p.m., in Zankel Hall, two-time Grammy Award-winning pianist Robert Glasper reunites with his lauded acoustic trio for an evening of genre-busting, improvisational jazz.

Corinna Sowers Adler took us all soaring to High Standards at The Metropolitan Room in NYC. This beautiful soprano was nominated for 2 Tony Awards in the category of Best Musical Theatre Educator of the year. Together with Pianist & Musical Director Alex Rybeck at the keys, Ms. Adler glided her vocals with ease through music from the American SongBook all the way to Billy Joel, John Lennon and Joni Mitchell.

On November 18th and 19th at 7pm in New York City, Tony Award-nominated singer & actress Melissa Errico will return to Joe's Pub (425 Lafayette St.) in "Sing The Silence,' an entirely new, autobiographical cabaret show co-written with Adam Gopnik (The New Yorker) about how one singer's descent into 100 days of silence -- total silence -- compelled her towards an inventory of a lifetime's experience, on and off the stage. The show will include songs by women songwriters such as Georgia Stitt, Marcy Heisler, Jonathan Brooke, Susan Werner, Patricia Barber, Laura Nyro, Joni Mitchell and Dorothy Parker, as well as the title song written for Errico by Gopnik and Scott Frankel; and the New York debut of music by Jeanine Tesori. There is also a sprinkling of the classic American songbook by Cole Porter, Rodgers & Hart, Sondheim & Mary Rodgers.
