There's a sackful of Christmas crackers at Crazy Coqs this December.

The legendary Lorna Luft leads the way by kicking off advent with the second part of her ten date residency. She is followed by the greatest interpreter of contemporary song around in the form of Barb Jungr with her Festive Feelings. Delving even more deeply into the box of seasonal delights, "the UK's leading standard-bearer for the supercool era", Gary Williams is hot on Barb's heels with a full pack of festive classics leading us right up to the holiday period.

The party continues into the post-Christmas week with the king of the keyboard Harry The Piano demonstrating his startling virtuosity. Then on New Year's Eve, Miss Hope Springs and her Hot Jazz Combo goes all out with the old and in with the new to see in 2016 as only she can.

The special guests are joined on the programme by a feast of residences and regulars. With an array of talent comprising Jessie Buckley with The Joe Thompson Trio, Jamie Saffiruddin and Justine Balmer, let the Christmas capers commence.

He toured the UK in The Legend of Sinatra and in a tribute to the music of Fred Astaire, which was presented by his daughter Ava. His recent album paying tribute to Sinatra was Jazz FM's Album of the Week and has been released in Japan. His "Best of" CD (featuring highlights of his Abbey Road recordings) prompted Oscar winning lyricist Don Black to say, "In a world of Pop Idol mediocrity Gary Williams shines like a dazzling beacon."
