BAD JEWS to Move to Laura Pels Theatre in September 2013

This year, Roundabout Theatre Company is thrilled to celebrate the seventh successful season of Roundabout Underground and the new play initiative, which illustrates a continued commitment to the nurturing of new artists. Through myriad programs and productions, the young artists associated with Roundabout will see their work presented to a wide audience of theater goers.

The 4th Street Theatre Will Present THE PLAY ABOUT THE COACH, Opening 3/2

The 4th Street Theatre will present the New York Premiere of the critically acclaimed one-man show, The Play About The Coach, written and performed by Paden Fallis and directed by Tamara Fisch. The Play About The Coach runs from February 27 to March 17, 2013 in a limited engagement at the 4th Street Theatre, located at 83 East 4th Street between 2nd Avenue and Bowery in New York City. Previews begin February 27 for a March 2 opening.

Rattlestick Playwrights Theater Presents F*CK!NG GOOD PLAYS! (festival, III), 12/1-10

Rattlestick Playwrights Theater has announced that the 2012 F*ck!ng Good Plays (festival, III)--ten (10) days of new play readings by nine (9) of today's hottest playwrights--will begin Saturday, December 1 and continue through Monday, December 10. The festival will be presented at Rattlestick Playwrights Theater (224 Waverly Place, west of Seventh Avenue South, between West 11 and Perry Streets).

Ron Holgate and Roger Robinson Set for CEASEFIRE Reading at Berkshire Playwrights Lab, 8/22

Berkshire Playwrights Lab will present a staged reading of James DeMarse's new play, Ceasefire, on Wednesday, August 22 at 7:30pm at the Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center (14 Castle Street, Great Barrington, Mass.). Directed by Joe Cacaci, the production will feature Tony Award-winning actors Ron Holgate and Roger Robinson, along with Kofi Boakye, Mickey Solis, and two actors to be announced. There is no charge for admission, however, Berkshire Playwrights Lab suggests a $10.00 donation to help offset its programming costs. Berkshire Playwrights Lab Announces 2012 Season: New Work from David Mamet, NYU Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Student Pieces and More

Berkshire Playwrights Lab will present the Berkshire Playwrights Lab 5th Season Gala Celebration on June 9 at 7:30pm and staged readings of new plays on July 11, July 23, August 8, and August 22 at 7:30pm at the Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center (14 Castle Street, Great Barrington, Mass.). The company will also co-present with Bard College at Simon's Rock the New York University Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program's Berkshire Musical Theatre Lab on June 24 at 2:00pm at the McConnell Theatre (Bard College at Simon's Rock Daniel Arts Center, 84 Alford Road, Great Barrington, Mass.).

Red Fern Theatre Company Presents MARCH, Opening 4/14

Red Fern Theatre Company (Melanie Moyer Williams, Executive Artistic Director, Ken Hall, Managing Director) will present the World Premiere of Sharyn Rothstein's (Lunchblocked with Ars Nova; Camp Monster at Williamstown Theatre Festival) MARCH, directed by Kel Haney(Assistant Director, Manhattan Theatre Club's Wit; Good Egg with Red Fern Theatre Company) with Scenic Design by Caite Hevner, Costume Design by Sydney Maresca, Sound Design and Original Music by Anthony Mattana, and Lighting Design by Marie Yokoyama. The production will be cast by Darragh Garvey and Stage Managed by Michal V. Mendelson. March was originally workshopped at the Bay Area Playwright's Festival and was a 2010 finalist for the Yale Drama Series Competition.

In Race, two lawyers (one black, one white) take on a case that gets under their skin and exposes a minefield of deep divisions, resentments and bigotry. Mamet's 'rapid-fire dialogue, gripping plot and blunt language, thoroughly stripped of polite social convention and rife with provocative humor, is a searing portrait of American discrimination.' Playwright David Mamet is a Pulitzer Prize-winning and Academy Award-nominated writer. Nationally respected Director Tamara Fisch will make her Artists Rep debut with this production.

Manhattan Theatre Club (Lynne Meadow, Artistic Director; Barry Grove, Executive Producer; Mandy Greenfield, Artistic Producer) today announced the lineup for this spring's Ernst C.
