Atlantic Theater Company's ATC Uncovered is celebrating the 7th anniversary of SPRING AWAKENING on Broadway. The musical began at the Atlantic before transferring to Broadway, and stars Lea Michele, Jonathan Groff, John Gallagher, Jr., Lauren Pritchard, Lilli Cooper, Remy Zaken and more gathered at the theater on December 2nd to talk about thriving in an intimate space, performing a 'formative' project at such an important part of their lives, and what they want to collaborate on next. BYE BYE BIRDIE star Matt Doyle (Hugo) of the Roundabout Theater Company's Broadway revival will take part in Will Van Dyke's concert of new music, 'Life Times,' at The Duplex on Monday, October 12 at 7pm. Lisa Moss directs.

Wright (Spring Awakening - Broadway original cast, Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist, Youth in Revolt) has been cast in the New York premiere of Gay Bride of Frankenstein, a 'comic-book-rock-musical' that begins its run at the New York Musical Theatre Festival on September 28. Wright joins fellow Spring Awakening alum, Emma Hunton, completing an outstanding cast which includes Darryl Winslow (Avenue Q, Evil Dead, Unlock'd - NYMF), Jeremiah James (Carousel - London), Dana Aber, Christian D. White, Christopher Hudson Myers and Ashley Kate Adams.

The first round of auditions for NYMF's Next Broadway sensation took place last Sunday night at New World Stages, with the live audience and the panel of judges, Bailey Hanks, Orfeh (Legally Blonde) and Marc Kudisch (9 to 5) selecting five finalists with a sixth finalist chosen by online voters who were able to see all of the performance at Theatermania.com thanks to DFD TV.
