Starting tonight, March 18th, the Adam Rogers Quintet will play the Iridium Jazz Club until March 21st.

Norfolk & Norwich Festival (NNF) today announced five highlight shows from its May 2010 programme including the UK première of the highly acclaimed new work by legendary viola da gambist, Jordi Savall, Jerusalem: a city of two peaces, the UK première of Alain Platel's new work for les ballets C de la B, Out of Context[1], a new commission by artist, performance-maker and writer, Tim Etchells, a rare UK performance by electric guitar innovator, John McLaughlin, and Parklife, an outdoor circus project by NoFit State Circus.

International stage and screen superstar Natalie Portman will star alongside Mila Kunis in the Darren Aronovsky-helmed Black Swan. The film is a psychological thriller that centers on ballerina who competes against a rival dancer who may or may not be another version of herself. The film is penned by Mark Heyman, who revised an original script by John McLaughlin.

The Golden Gays is reopening October 1 @ The Complex Hollywood-East Theatre on Santa Monica Blvd and is fortunate to have John McLaughlin playing Damian/Dorothy. He steals the show with his right-on-target portrayal of the bewitching Bea Arthur character.
