The Martin E. Segal Theatre Center, located at the Graduate Center City University of New York, announces its Fall 2015/Winter 2016 season of public programs. The season will launch with the twelfth annual PRELUDE Festival (October 7, 8 & 9), an always thought-provoking and engaging first look at the latest in New York City downtown experimental performance scene. The season continues with free public programs throughout the fall and winter, featuring contemporary theatre and performing artists from around the world.

Casting is set for Signature Theatre's world premiere of A.R. Gurney's new play Love & Money, directed by Mark Lamos. The production runs tonight, August 15, to September 27, 2015 with an August 24, 2015 opening night in The Alice Griffin Jewel Box Theatre at The Pershing Square Signature Center (480 West 42nd Street between 9th and 10th Avenues). The show is a co-production with Westport Country Playhouse.

Opening Night of the American screwball comedy His Girl Friday, John Guare's adaptation of Ben Hecht and Charles MacArthur's original play The Front Page and the screen version of His Girl Friday took place at Barrington Stage Co. and Broadwayworld's Stephen Sorokoff was there. Julianned Boyd artistic director of BSC was the director.

The season includes six mainstage productions: a 40th anniversary production of for colored girls who have considered suicide/when the rainbow is enuf by Ntozake Shange, the Cole Porter musical comedy Anything Goes, John Guare's A Free Man of Color, William Shakespeare's The Two Gentlemen of Verona, a modern adaptation of The Odyssey by Mary Zimmerman, and Godspell, the first major musical by Stephen Schwartz.
