Golden Globe Award winner CYBILL SHEPHERD and Emmy Award nominee KRISTIN DAVIS will make their Broadway debuts while Emmy Award nominee JOHN STAMOS makes his Broadway straight play debut when they join the cast of the Tony-nominated Broadway revival of Gore Vidal's THE BEST MAN tomorrow, Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at 7:00pm.

The Old Globe today announced that Sean Lyons will play the role of Niccolò Machiavelli in the West Coast Premiere of Divine Rivalry.

Williamstown Theatre Festival Artistic Director Jenny Gersten has announced the opening of the first two productions of the 2012 season: The Importance of Being Earnest on the Main Stage and the World Premiere of The Blue Deep on the Nikos Stage on June 28. It is the first time in the Festival's 58-year history that two shows have opened on the same night to kick-off the season.

Producer Jordan Roth announced today that 2011 Olivier Award nominee Sarah Goldberg will join the cast of the 2012 Tony Award-winning "Best Play," Clybourne Park, in the roles of "Betsy" and "Lindsey." Annie Parisse will play her final performance on Sunday, July 15th with Goldberg succeeding the role on Tuesday, July 17th.

THE SCREWTAPE LETTERS will be return to Charlotte due to popular demand for three performances only at The Knight Theater, Levine Center for the Arts, 430 South Tryon Street, on Friday, June 29 at 8 p.m. and Saturday, June 30 at 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Williamstown Theatre Festival Artistic Director Jenny Gersten has announced today the full cast and creative teams for the first two productions of the 2012 season: The Importance of Being Earnest and the World Premiere of The Blue Deep. The Importance of Being Earnest will be presented on the Main Stage from June 26 through July 14 (opening June 28) and The Blue Deep will grace the Nikos Stage from June 27 through July 8 (opening June 28). Both casts arrived in Williamstown today for their first rehearsals on the bucolic Williams College campus in preparation for the runs of these exciting and unique productions at the Festival.
