Continuing its commitment to creating diverse, elevated original programming from the entertainment industry's leading talent, OWN: OPRAH WINFREY NETWORK today announced the ensemble cast - including Emmy nominee Phylicia Rashad - for its new original drama series David Makes Man, the television debut of Academy Award winner Tarell Alvin McCraney (Moonlight), produced by Warner Horizon Scripted Television. McCraney wrote the coming-of-age drama and will serve as executive producer alongside Mike Kelley & Melissa Loy (Revenge), Michael B. Jordan (Creed) and Oprah Winfrey. Dee Harris-Lawrence (Shots Fired, Unsolved: The Murders of Tupac and the Notorious B.I.G.) has been named showrunner and will also join the executive producer team. Production will begin on the drama this summer in Orlando, Florida, for a 2019 premiere.

"Chameleon", a new musical with book, music and lyrics by Tate Robinson, a 17-year old high school student from Westchester, New York, premieres at the Emelin Theatre in Mamaroneck, July 12 and 13, 2018. Chameleon is the haunting tale of two brothers struggling to get out of a dead-end town, accompanied by an arrangement of lyrics and music that stretches from jazz to hip hop, soul to R&B and everything in between. Artistree Performing Arts proudly presents this original production.

The Washington Pavilion announces hilarious comedy entertainment with the Belbas Comedy Collection of three live comedies. The comedy shows include Late Nite Catechism, Men Are From Mars - Women Are From Venus Live! and Robert Dubac's The Book of Moron. Performances will be held in the Belbas Theater, an intimate performance space at the Washington Pavilion that brings the audience up close and personal with the performers.

ITV America's Leftfield Pictures has teamed with Scooter Braun's SB Projects to develop and produce a new talk format for Facebook Watch, hosted by The New York Times Best-Selling author, successful entrepreneur and host of the acclaimed podcast “The School of Greatness,” Lewis Howes. Breakthrough with Lewis Howes will premiere on Facebook Watch later this year.

The Minnie's Food Pantry Feed Just One Gala 10th Annivesary celebration was nothing short of magical as global media leader and philanthropist Oprah Winfrey took the stage and inspired a sold-out room of 760 people to pledge a total of $1.3 million to support the organization in their mission to reduce hunger.

Concert Artists Guild announces that clarinetist Yoonah Kim, Winner of the 2016 CAG Competition, will give her Weill Recital Hall debut on Tuesday, April 10 at 7:30pm. Together with pianist Mariko Furukawa, Yoonah performs works by Bernstein, Poulenc, Brahms, and the world premiere of fumarole entombed  by Andrew Hsu. This work was commissioned by CAG with the generous support of the Adele and John Gray Endowment Fund.

The Off-Broadway hit Men Are From Mars - Women Are From Venus LIVE! is a one-man fusion of theatre and stand-up and a light-hearted theatrical comedy based on The New York Times #1 best-selling book of the last decade by John Gray. Moving swiftly through a series of vignettes, the show covers everything from dating and marriage to the bedroom. This show returns to the Aronoff Center's intimate Jarson-Kaplan Theater on Friday, April 13 at 7:30 PM and Saturday, April 14 at 4:00 PM & 7:30 PM.

This light-hearted theatrical comedy is based off the book by the same name, a 1992 New York Times #1 best-selling hit by John Gray. The show began in Paris in 2007, and has been a delight to audiences all over the world. Much like its namesake, this show explores the differences between the sexes through a series of vignettes that capture a wide range of relatable topics from dating to marriage. This one-man fusion of theatre and stand-up features some mature content and adult humor and is sure to have the audience cracking up throughout the entire show.
