Coming this fall, The School of Doing is a comprehensive guide to the craft and teachings of internationally renowned stage director and educator Gerald Freedman, including lessons on acting, directing, text analysis, comedy technique, camera technique, Shakespeare, musical theater, design, pedagogy, and show business.
Inspired by the Biblical story of Joseph, we have Jake Jessup, The King of the Rodeo. Jake a gifted bull rider has to contend with three evil jealous sisters, a doting but demanding father, forbidden love with a Lakota girl and tries to hold on to the world he holds dear. It's a story of love, laughter, forgiveness, family and the age old battle between good and evil. Produced by Andrea Bennett, with original toe tapping music, written and composed by Nashard Gales and Kat Spina, will be hits for the audience.

Now in its eleventh season, Hip to Hip will tour in repertory with William Shakespeare's Henry IV, Part 1: The Prince and the Rebel and Measure for Measure from July 25th to August 20th. The Divine Assignment opened to raves this past weekend at the John Cullum Theatre of the American Theatre of Actors, 314 W. 54th Street, NYC. The production has another full run this weekend: Thurs.
