Executive Producer Joel Edwards, Director Andrew Koenig and Playwright Jon Tlapek make their off-Broadway debut with the play BROTHERHOOD. Performances will take place in The American Theatre of Actors' John Cullum Theatre as a double feature with the play RUINS. The shows open Tuesday, September 26, 2017, and closes Saturday, September 30, 2017.

What happens when you throw four young people in a basement and give them weed, alcohol, video games and a machete? BROTHERHOOD is a suburban dark comedy that wrestles with dynamics and power plays between young people desperate for validation and identity-even if it means finding it in the most toxic relationships.

Produced by Joel Edwards, directed by Andrew Koenig, and written by Jon Tlapek, BROTHERHOOD features set designs by Trevor Dotson. The cast includes Will McInerney, Tom Hayes, Kaitlyn Sacco and Jon Tlapek. The production team, creative team and ensemble all make their off-Broadway debuts with this production. The show will be performed at The American Theatre of Actors' John Cullum Theatre.

BROTHERHOOD is one of seven shows chosen to be sponsored this year by The Araca Project, an initiative of The Araca Group (producers of Urinetown, Wicked and A View From the Bridge) to foster young entrepreneurs from Syracuse University, University of Michigan, Florida State University, Yale University and Northwestern University. Each year, The Araca Project selects artists to participate in a producing intensive which culminates in a New York production. The BROTHERHOOD team earned their BFAs from Abilene Christian University and completed the Tepper semester at Syracuse University, qualifying them to apply for The Araca Project.

Tickets for BROTHERHOOD can be purchased for $15 on TodayTix or on www.brotherhoodoffbroadway.com. Tickets for BROTHERHOOD as a double feature with RUINS are $20.

Performances for BROTHERHOOD will begin at 8:15pm each night.
