The Willows Theatre is proud to present the West Coast Premiere of Ken Ludwig?s new comedy, Be My Baby, February 2 ? March 1, 2009. The show is directed by Richard Elliott. The Willows Theatre is located at 1975 Diamond Blvd. (in the Willows Shopping Center), Concord, CA 94520. Maud, an uptight English matron, and John, a brusque middle-aged Scotsman, despise each other, despite the fact that his ward has just married her niece. When the young couple decides to adopt a baby, Maud and John find themselves flying to California to escort the infant back to Scotland. Stranded in San Francisco through a series of misfortunes, they learn some comical lessons about life and love. From the author of Lend Me a Tenor and Moon Over Buffalo.

The Jim Henson Studios in Hollywood, CA was transformed into an Old Hollywood 1920s Classic Themed Party, replete with breathtaking 20-foot-high Art Deco silver statues and other stunning decorative ornaments from the period, as guests attending the Hollywood Arts Council's Historic Sold-Out 30th Anniversary Black-Tie Gala and 22nd Annual Charlie Awards strolled down a 30-foot-long Red Carpet to a cozy and intimate Outdoor Courtyard Reception and Silent Auction, later followed by an elegant three-course catered Dinner and Awards Show, held on the Jim Henson Studios' Sound Stage on Saturday, March 29, 2008.
