A veteran cast brings its acclaimed performance of the noir classic Double Indemnity to San Jose, in a world premiere co-produced by the San Jose Repertory Theatre and Seattle's A Contemporary Theatre (ACT). Being a fan of film-noir, I was delighted to have the opportunity to review "Double Indemnity," the final show of A Contemporary Theatre's 2011 season. Adapted from James M. Village Theatre has announced casting for their production of the tap dancing spectacular 42ND STREET, directed by Steve Tomkins. This production will have one preview performance in Issaquah on Wednesday, May 12, 2010, and will officially open the following evening, running May 13-July 3, 2010 in downtown Issaquah, July 9-August 1, 2010 in downtown Everett.
