Barrington Stage Company's Musical Theatre Lab (under the direction of Artistic Producer of the MTL William Finn, Artistic Director Julianne Boyd and Managing Director Tristan Wilson) presents the seventh edition of Songs by Ridiculously Talented Composers and Lyricists You Probably Don't Know But Should… will play Friday, August 31 and Saturday, September 1 at 8pm at Barrington Stage's Boyd-Quinson Mainstage, 30 Union Street.

Cutting-Edge Composers presented the next generation of musical theatre songwriters last night, July 23 at the Theatre at St. Clement's (423 w. 46th Street). The event was directed and produced by Laura Pietropinto (Next to Normal), co-produced by Jillian Robbins and Musically Directed by Virginia Hart Pike. After sold-out shows at the Canal Room and the Laurie Beechman, Cutting-Edge Composers brings its latest concert to NYMF tonight, July 23rd at 7 and 9:30 pm at the Theatre at St. Clement's (423 w. 46th Street). Up-and-coming musical theatre writers are teamed with Broadway's hottest performers at the concert directed and produced by Laura Pietropinto (Next to Normal), co-produced by Jillian Robbins, and musically directed by Virginia Hart Pike.

Tonight, July 20th at 8pm a mixture of Broadway talent and nightlife personas will gather at Elmo is Chelsea to celebrate the 25th Year of Marti Gould Cummings, Brad Gardner, and Joey Contreras. This annual triple birthday event will feature some of NYC's brightest talents celebrating these three young men. Elmo is located in Chelsea on 19th Street and 7th Avenue.

Bobby Cronin, who's shows Daybreak and Concrete Jungle are currently being premiered in London, performed songs from both shows with current cast members, James Darch, Tash Holloway and Kayleigh Lousie Smith, as well as performing a song himself, at WAITING FOR MORE, an evening of new American Musical Theatre writing presented by #1 Entertainment Sunday May 20th at Freedom Bar, Soho.
