Todd Makurath, Chief Operating Officer of AGBO, announced today the expansion of the executive ranks with the hiring of Dennis Hands (Chief Financial Officer), Irene Flores (General Counsel), and Nicholas Anglewicz (EVP, Finance & Strategy). They come to AGBO with a wealth of experience in the film and entertainment industry.  The group will be joining AGBO as part of its focus towards growing its footprint as a full service media company.  

Announced during DEADLY CLASS' New York Comic Con panel, SYFY's upcoming series will premiere on Wednesday, January 16 at 10/9c. Set in a dark, heightened world against the backdrop of late 80s counter culture, DEADLY CLASS follows the story of Marcus (Benjamin Wadsworth), a teen living on the streets who is recruited into Kings Dominion, an elite private academy where the world's top crime families send their next generations. Maintaining his moral code while surviving a ruthless curriculum, vicious social cliques and his own adolescent uncertainties soon proves to be vital. Based on the best-selling 2014 Image Comics graphic novel by Rick Remender and Wes Craig, DEADLY CLASS is a coming of age journey full of ancient mystery and teen angst.

The festivities for Brooklyn Comes Alive's fourth installment are right around the corner, and today, the festival is excited to release the daily schedule of events taking place at Brooklyn Bowl, Music Hall of Williamsburg and Rough Trade on September 29th.

Michelle Yeoh and Awkwafina, two of the stars of Crazy Rich Asians, are in talks to star in Everything Everywhere All at Once is the next feature for directing duo Dan Kwan and Daniel Scheinert, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Fusion Box Films has begun pre-production on the film version of Joe Gulla's award-winning, nationally produced short play, 'Sleeping With The Fish'. Joe Gulla and Fusion Box's, Francesco Cordaro will direct.
