Westchester Broadway Theatre presents THE SOUND OF MUSIC, with Music by Richard Rodgers, Lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein II and Book by Howard Lindsay and Russell Crouse. Chromolume Theatre has announced its next production, Love Songs, with book, music and lyrics by Steven Cagan, and directed by Kay Cole. Featuring orchestrations and arrangements by Doug Walter and music direction byRichard Berent, there will be one preview performance on June 21, andopening is set for Saturday, June 22 at 8pm. Love Songs will play a limited engagement through July 28 only.

Surflight Theatre, under the leadership of Executive Director Ken Myers, presents the Yankee Doodle Dandy song and dance musical comedy George M!, from June 19 through July 7. Opening night is June 20 at 8:00pm.

The Tony Awards Administration Committee has announced this year's recipients of 2013 Tony Honors for Excellence in the Theatre. This year's receipients will be longtime agents William Craver and Peter Lawrence, the non-profit Career Transition for Dancers and North Carolina's long-running drama THE LOST COLONY.
