 The Art Directors Guild (ADG, IATSE Local 800) Gallery 800 presents a special 12th anniversary exhibition of Art Unites 12, a dynamic mix of diverse artists' work from contributing IATSE Locals, opening today, January 12  from 5:00– 8:00 pm, with a hosted reception and live music featuring the “Do Drop In” jazz trio. Located in the heart of the famed NoHo Arts District, Gallery 800 showcases guild members' personal art in a series of shows throughout the year. Art Unites 12 will commence the 2019 Gallery 800 exhibition series, which is open to the public. This exhibit will run through March 3, 2019.

It was announced at tonight's CREATIVE EMMY AWARDS that NBC's HAIRSPRAY LIVE! was the winner of three Emmy Awards

NBC's HAIRSPRAY LIVE! was the recipient of seven Emmy nominations. Below, check out colorful images from the live broadcast featuring Emmy-nominated set designs, costumes, make-up, hairstyles and more, along with video which illustrates why HAIRSPRAY LIVE! was worthy of yesterday's high honors!

Grease: Live has made musical theatre history in tonight's Emmy's. Not only did it the production receive the highest number of Emmy nominations for any live musical - ten categories in total - but it has won four of those!

The Hollywood Bowl's production of Monty Python's SPAMALOT (which won the Tony for Best Musical in 2005) played last weekend at the legendary venue.

This year's Creative Arts telecast partner is FXM; a two-hour edited version of the ceremony will air Sunday, August 24 at 8:00 PM ET/PT with an encore at 10:00 PM ET/PT on FXM. The program will be streamed in its entirety as part of the Backstage LIVE! show on Emmys.com at 12:00 PM PT/3:00 PM ET on Monday, August 25.

ABC received 45 nominations for the 65th Primetime Emmy Awards this morning, including nods for Kerry Washington and Connie Britton, both for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series.

The 2009 Creative Arts Emmy Awards awarded 82 Emmys including those given for Outstanding Guest Actor/Actress in a Comedy Series, Outstanding Guest Actor/Actress in a Drama Series, Outstanding Reality Series and Outstanding Variety, Music or Comedy Special. For more information, click here.

So far at this evening's Emmy Awards, theater stars Jeremy Piven, Dianne Wiest, Laura Linney, Dame Eileen Atkins and Zeljko Ivanek are among the winners.
