Grease: Live takes the Emmys!

Grease: Live has made musical theatre history in tonight's Emmy's. Not only did it the production receive the highest number of Emmy nominations for any live musical - ten categories in total - but it has won four of those!

Al Gurdon, Travis Hagenbuch, Madigan Stehly, Will Gossett and the show's large team won the award for Outstanding Technical Direction, Camerawork, Video Control for a Limited Series, Movie or Special.

Furthermore, David Korins, Joe Celli and Jason Howard's work also won the award for Outstanding Production Design for a Variety Nonfiction, Event or Award Special - and took the Emmy for Outstanding Special Class Programme.

Grease Live was produced by Marc Platt, Paramount and Fox. Congratulations to all nominees and winners!
